Evidence Confidence Rating
Make sure to use this skill whenever a decision is presented as 'data-driven' but the data quality hasn't been assessed, distinguishing between opinions and evidence in a debate, grounding a decision in the actual quality of supporting evidence, rating the strength of claims in a proposal, or identifying what additional evidence would increase confidence — even if the request is about 'decision quality' or 'evidence' rather than explicitly about confidence ratings.
