Crisis Severity Triage

Make sure to use this skill whenever an unexpected negative event has occurred, the team needs to decide between panic mode and measured response, multiple problems hit simultaneously and need prioritization, classifying the severity of a business threat, or designing the appropriate response intensity for a crisis — even if the request is about 'crisis management' or 'incident response' rather than explicitly about severity triage.
